Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Alchemist's Assembly: An Evening of Magic, Makers & Moonlight.

Before you begin your application, please note: This is an immersive, themed event, and themed costumes and decorated booths are required for all accepted vendors. We ask every participant to help bring this magical world to life by embracing the event's Victorian gothic, steampunk, and alchemy-inspired aesthetic.

If you are unable or unwilling to participate in these requirements, we kindly ask that you do not submit an application. Vendors who arrive without an appropriately themed costume and booth décor will be denied participation on the day of the event, and vendor fees will not be refunded.

Step beyond the veil and into an evening of magic, makers, and moonlight at The Alchemist’s Assembly — a curated Halloween night experience in the heart of St. Augustine.

There will be Trick or Treat featured for the first half of the event, where kiddos can trick or treat the vendors. Do you wish to participate?*

Each vendor must provide their own candy/treats to hand out, but if you decide to participate you will recieve $15 back on the day of the event.

Event Requirements

To create a safe, organized, and immersive experience for everyone, please review the following requirements carefully. If you are unable to answer "Yes" to any item, this event may not be the best fit—and that's perfectly okay!

TENT SAFETY

I will provide a minimum of 20 lb. weights on each tent leg to help keep everyone safe.*

The Alchemist's Assembly is where Victorian gothic meets steampunk whimsy and old-world magic.

Imagine a gathering of Victorian inventors, curious alchemists, wandering time travelers, and mystical makers brought together under the glow of the harvest moon. Rich textures, antique details, brass accents, dried florals, velvet, candlelight, crystals, apothecary bottles, and curious treasures are all right at home here.
