Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at The Alchemist's Assembly: An Evening of Magic, Makers & Moonlight.

Step beyond the veil and into an evening of magic, makers, and moonlight at The Alchemist’s Assembly — a curated Halloween night experience in the heart of St. Augustine.

The Alchemist's Assembly is an immersive experience inspired by Victorian gothic elegance, steampunk curiosities, ancient alchemy, and moonlit magic.

Food trucks are encouraged to embrace the atmosphere by decorating serving windows, counters, menu displays, and staff attire to complement the event vibe. Simple decorative touches can make a meaningful contribution to the guest experience.

Food truck staff are encouraged to wear costumes or themed attire appropriate to the event whenever practical. Whether you choose Victorian, steampunk, mystical, gothic, or whimsical inspiration, your participation helps bring the magic to life.

Utilities

Electrical service is limited for food vendors. Electrical hookup can be added on to the vendor fee for an additional $100. Electric is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It is recommended that all food trucks supply their own generator capable of powering their operation for the duration of the event. Generators should be well-maintained, safely operated, and as quiet as reasonably possible.

Gather & Glow Events reserves the right to require adjustments or deny operation of generators that create excessive noise, fumes, or unsafe conditions.

Please Remember...

No menu changes after approval without permission.
Only approved menu items may be sold.
No outside beverage sales unless approved.
Pricing must be clearly displayed.
No amplified music from the truck.
No alcohol sales unless specifically authorized.
No smoking inside or immediately around the truck.
Trucks must remain open until the event closes.
Grey water and grease may not be dumped on-site and must be disposed of properly.
Vendors are responsible for removing all trash generated by their operation.
