Ticket Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

These Ticket Purchase Terms & Refund Policy ("Policy") govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organized and presented by Gather & Glow Events ("Gather & Glow Events," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing a ticket through our website or any authorized sales channel, you agree to this Policy.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Tickets may be offered in various admission categories, including but not limited to:

• General Admission

• VIP Admission

• Early Bird Tickets

• Special Promotions

• Group Tickets

Ticket prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and processing fees may be added during checkout.

2. Authorized Ticket Sales

Tickets should only be purchased through Gather & Glow Events or our authorized ticketing partners.

We are not responsible for:

• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers

• Counterfeit tickets

• Lost tickets purchased through third parties

• Fraudulent ticket transactions

Admission may be denied for invalid or unauthorized tickets.

3. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Other payment methods offered through Wix Payments

Tickets will not be issued until payment has been successfully processed.

4. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Gather & Glow Events, all ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Change of plans

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness

• Weather conditions (unless the event is canceled as described below)

• Late arrival

• No-shows

• Failure to read event information

• Dissatisfaction with performers, vendors, exhibitors, or attractions

• Personal emergencies

Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Gather & Glow Events.

6. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, your ticket will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.

If the event cannot be rescheduled, Gather & Glow Events will determine whether refunds, credits, or ticket transfers will be offered.

7. Event Cancellation

If Gather & Glow Events cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price.

Unless required by law, refunds will not include:

• Travel expenses

• Hotel expenses

• Parking fees

• Food and beverage costs

• Lost wages

• Other incidental or consequential expenses

Refunds, when offered, will generally be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

8. Force Majeure

Gather & Glow Events shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption, or modification of an event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Hurricanes

• Flooding

• Fire

• Acts of God

• Public health emergencies

• Government orders

• Utility outages

• Labor disputes

• Terrorism

• Civil unrest

• Venue closures

• Vendor cancellations

• Transportation disruptions

• Any other unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control

In such circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel the event.

9. Event Changes

Event details may change without prior notice, including:

• Event schedule

• Venue layout

• Entertainment

• Speakers

• Vendors

• Activities

• Attractions

• Food and beverage offerings

• Parking arrangements

Reasonable changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

10. Ticket Transfers

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets may be transferred to another individual before the event.

The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the recipient receives the ticket and all applicable event information.

Gather & Glow Events reserves the right to limit or prohibit ticket transfers for certain events or promotional ticket types.

11. Lost or Stolen Tickets

If you believe your ticket has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible.

Replacement tickets may be issued at our sole discretion after verification of the original purchase.

12. Admission

Admission is subject to compliance with all event rules and venue policies.

Gather & Glow Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior:

• Threatens the safety of others

• Is disruptive or abusive

• Violates venue rules

• Is unlawful

• Damages property

• Interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others

No refund will be provided if admission is denied or an attendee is removed for violating event rules.

13. Photography and Video

By attending a Gather & Glow Events event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and livestreams may be captured during the event.

You grant Gather & Glow Events the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, promotional materials, advertising, social media, websites, and other marketing materials without compensation or additional permission.

If you prefer not to appear in close-up promotional photography, please notify an event staff member upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in crowd or wide-angle images.

14. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at events involves certain inherent risks.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Weather-related conditions

• Crowds

• Loud music

• Lighting effects

• Food allergies

• Alcohol consumption

• Interactions with vendors or exhibitors

You agree to exercise reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others.

15. Accessibility

Gather & Glow Events strives to make its events accessible.

If you require accommodations due to a disability, please contact us as far in advance of the event as possible so we can make reasonable efforts to assist you.

16. Alcohol

Some events may include alcoholic beverages.

Attendees consuming alcohol must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• Present valid government-issued identification upon request.

• Consume alcohol responsibly.

Gather & Glow Events and its beverage partners reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual in accordance with applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather & Glow Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from attendance at an event or the purchase or use of tickets.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable ticket.

18. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

19. Changes to This Policy

Gather & Glow Events reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

The revised version will become effective upon posting to our website with an updated Effective Date.
