Juried Event & Application Process
Gather & Glow Events are juried events, meaning each application is thoughtfully reviewed and vendors are selected based on factors such as product quality, brand presentation, event theme, and overall fit. This allows us to create a curated and well-balanced experience for both our guests and participating vendors. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status within 21 days of submitting their application. Once accepted, vendors must submit the applicable booth fee within 5 days of receiving their acceptance notification to secure their space. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reserved space.
For booth space dimensions and pricing, please refer to the specific event details.
This includes the time to fully unload you vehicle before setting up your booth.

Vendor Guidelines and Setup Requirements
I agree that, upon acceptance into a Gather & Glow event, I will submit payment for the applicable booth space fee within five (5) days of receiving my acceptance notification. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of my reserved booth space.*
